Our @AirCanada flight landed at 7:50pm at #YYZ & after waiting for an hour, they told us they forgot to unload the bags from the plane when we got to the gate.... then they moved us to another carousel, & we've been waiting another 30 mins, but still no bags. How @AirCanada????😠

@AirCanada Our dinner reservation was cancelled and our bus driver left us because it took us more than 2 hours to get out... just to wait for bags that were forgotten to be unloaded as standard procedure. 😰😰😰
