@stormrosewriter This is what I'm currently dealing with!! I'm writing the sequel so I'm like 'Okay, now they should start being romantic... hoooow?' The fact that I'm trying to do this after a massacre is just even more fun. Way too many conflicting emotions happening.

@stormrosewriter Ah, love the angst haha. I'd prefer not to write romantic relationships but my current WIP is a werewolf story so it's all very patriarchal. For my human female MC to become leader, I need the romantic aspect. And it's doing my head in haha.

@stormrosewriter I'm curious actually. How would you handle a story where a character is completely new to an area? Like a lot of fantasy stories.

@stormrosewriter Hahahaha, it's interesting. I have readers who really enjoy the fact I have to build a relationship from a solid emotional foundation.

And others who reckon they're only friends and I'm shoehorning it. Can never win haha.
