Aaliyah’s iconic 3rd & final album, the self titled #AALIYAH turns 25 today & to celebrate my fave album of hers, I had to create new illustrations inspired by the looks in the album booklet. Which look is your fave? 🐍🖤

Released 17th July 2001, This album was a versatile, futuristic, mature & experimental body of work that showcased Aaliyah’s growth as an artist. The styling & fashion aesthetic was darker, edgier & sexier! The album would go on to become one of the most iconic & influential albums by a female artist.
