This proposed a framework to reveal data publishing through iterative and differential processes. Data is collected from #openscience project to identify and gather information of data portals, thus formalizing a model to support benchmarking exercises.

Framework encompasses automation in a way manual intervention to reveal data publishing is drastically reduced. Identified data portals are subject to automatic checking through available API, but there is no way to guarantee they publish #opendata
