With it getting dark sooner, it's important to #SeeAndBeSeen! When walking when it's dark, stay in well lit areas so that you are visible to drivers. And it's safest to stay on a well lit sidewalk!

The East Lansing Safe Routes to School (SRTS) team was just beginning the process of considering an application for infrastructure improvements via the SRTS Major Grant for the neighborhoods around Glencairn and Red Cedar schools when the COVID-19 shutdown occurred in March 2020.
