That’s the other hilarious part @LATAMAirlinesUS - the link in the email that says “exchange voucher for cash refund” takes me to a page that no longer exists……

@LATAMAirlinesUS I have tried numerous times to redeem two different vouchers for my husband just to receive a message that my voucher doesn’t exist. I finally got someone on the phone just to be told that my vouchers have been used but they can’t tell me when/by whom..WTF!!!

@LATAMAirlinesUS It’s interesting because according to your “protocols” the only person that can redeem the voucher is the person who’s name is on it. Well my husband and I didn’t use ours. So who did!!???? I want my money back.
