Even the @RAC_Care team are unfeeling. I'm sure @TheAA_UK and @GreenFlagUK don't treat their customers in such a disgusting manner. Anyone looking to become a member of the @TheRAC_UK I would STRONGLY advise you avoid.

Absolutely disgusting. The only offer they could give was 'write a letter of complaint' and hopefully you can claim back the taxi fare. HOW DISGUSTING! Never received such appalling customer service @TheRAC_UK.

This is now the SECOND time my father has been left stranded by @TheRAC_UK. Absolutely DISGUSTED by your customer services. Even after being reassured that this wouldn't happen again. After a 6AM start, he has had to pay for another taxi to bring him 2hours home. AVOID AVOID.
