Have you felt social media impacting your well-being? Well I have created an infographic with 4 tips on how to prevent the negative mental health effects of social media! Check it out😊
@dvlock Hello! I was wondering what your opinion is on the negative effects of social media on mental health? Do you think this is a large issue? and if so what can be done to help resolve it?

So I’ve mentioned that @Barkovsasha95 has been my neighbor for about 10 years. Well we moved out a few months ago, then the @FlaPanthers win the cup. Who shows up knocking on my buddies door at 4am??? Lord Stanley and the Captain himself!!
@EM203ARiegling I once had a teacher explain the benefits of blue or green thinking… blue meaning you believe to already be smart; and green being you know you must work to be smart. We must work towards wanting to be green thinkers and work to know more, even if that be through experience!
@Em203Jnguyen Hey, from looking at your concept map about overconsumption of social media a problem associated with this is adverse effects it has on children. Rewriting their brain to seek instant gratification as received through social media causes addictive behaviour.
@EM203avaS I really enjoyed doing the experiment about multimedia! although I love learning digitally I found out just how easily I get distracted when there are multiple things occurring at once
@EM203AS Understanding digital age is something I have definitely found interesting to learn about thus far. I mentioned this in another comment, but I am truly grateful I grew up in such a digital age. As a visual learner is allows me to take my time and really understand!
@EM203RSanders I am definitely more of a doer than a thinker so the hands on approach to learning always works best for me. Learning sudoku this week taught me that I like to just try and fail over and over again, instead of thinking through it first
@EM203JacobR That is definitely a valuable thing to learn! I feel like I am always so in the moment when learning that I would struggle to really analyze how i’m thinking and how to approach things. I learned from the challenge last week that I like to just go into a challenge head first🙂
@EM203Aroha It really is interesting! I am so grateful for the digital age because I am someone who really needs to learn by watching or experiencing something so I definitely grew up in the right era to be able to do that🙌
I found the first 3 lessons to be really interesting. I got to learn about things like constructivism which really highlights the importance of comparing knowledge you are gaining to knowledge you already have (or through experiences and reflection). enjoying it. #EM203Robin
