Hi @DrBrowningSleep , I’m researching sleep problems in students and how they affect academic success and well-being. What advice would you give students who are struggling to balance school demands and healthy sleep habits?
Hi @drsarahsleep , I’m looking into how lack of sleep affects university students. In your opinion, what is one of the biggest ways poor sleep impacts students’ learning, focus, or mental health?
Just finished the 3rd lesson of EM203. It’s interesting to see how much digital literacy and multitasking actually impact how we learn today. #EM203Robin

@EM203ssohal Honestly, same here. The comic strips were a great way to introduce ourselves, and seeing everyone’s creativity made the class feel more interactive. Pairing that with learning theories kept things interesting
@EM203GauriK I couldn't agree more Gauri! I didn’t realize how much multitasking actually affects learning until this lesson, and it’s definitely made me more aware of my own habits and how I use technology when I study
@EM203Bolh8229 Totally agree Lia, using different types of media has made the course way more engaging, and it’s been interesting to see how digital tools can actually help instead of distract us. I’m excited to see what else we do too!
@PaytonMarr87170 Well said Payton. I’ve definitely noticed that too. Thinking more intentionally about how I learn and hearing different perspectives from classmates through our discussion posts over the weeks has definitely made the course feel more meaningful and engaging even being online.
@EM203BVALENCIAN I totally agree Ben, the comic strip intro was a fun way to learn something new in Canva while getting to know everyone. I'm curious to see what other creative activities we get to try next!
I learned how much multitasking affects my focus and memory by comparing a task with distractions to working in silence. I also enjoyed learning how to make a comic strip to introduce myself to my discussion group, which made the learning more creative and engaging #EM203Robin
