After researching the role of technology in education, I now want to shift my focus to the issue of zoom fatigue that is familiar to students, instructors, and working people today. Would appreciate it if you could answer this poll and let me know your honest thoughts #EM203Robin
@maccooper808@chri5ZN Decided to do one of my favourite, cooking. Getting in the kitchen always lifts my spirits and allows me to try new things. Thanks to @maccooper808 for the #takealoadoff challenge. I would like to nominate @Michaelisstuck next!
As your work term or school term is coming to an end, make sure to space out your days and leave even a few minutes for breaks from your screen. Virtual fatigue is very real and will keep you from being your best self if you let it
Taking breaks from your computer screen before, during, or after long meetings is important to prevent virtual fatigue. Try to take even 5 minutes to stand up and walk around every 30-45 mins so that you can remain productive and avoid burnout as a student or worker #EM203Robin
