Stay away from smoke! You can easily inhale the too-tiny-to-see particles in smoke deeply into your lungs, where they damage delicate tissues.

People with heart/lung issues, the elderly, and kids are most at risk. But anyone can be harmed by breathing smoke.

@dhruvdhankher I like how the class hits on the digital age because I think it's here to stay, and our generation is probably the most impacted by this, given the influx of so many new technologies
