The pandemic has created challenges for many students due to accessibility issues when it was moved to an online format. Seminars are very important to brainstorm ways to improve accessibility to education during COVID! #EM203Robin#EM203Research

@EM203KCohen Hey Kylie, great point! Our generation thinks that multi-tasking is beneficial, when it is the farthest from it. From the experiment we all did in Lesson 3, it shows how ineffective it is. Hopefully students recognize that it can be detrimental to learning.
Three weeks into the course, I have learned extensively about the digital age, and recently, multi-media and the influence that multi-tasking has on learning! I am excited to use what I have learned to help me become a stronger student - especially in online courses! #EM203Robin
@Em203rach Great point Rachel! I am also looking forward to using the knowledge I have learned in this course in future work and education experiences. I also found that multi-tasking was negative for my learning, so that is one thing I need to change. #EM203Robin
@EM203LPiersanti Hi Lucas! I also really enjoyed learning about the impact that multi-tasking has on our learning experience. I believe that this knowledge and experiment will help us improve our study habits in the future! #EM203Robin
@EM203rebeccale Hi Rebecca! I also feel like this course has helped me learn techniques to adapt to the changing digital environment. These skills are so important, as many aspects of school and work are focused on technology, especially during the pandemic! #EM203Robin
@ColinEm203 Very interesting Colin! I find myself multi-tasking a lot as a "digital native," however this weeks experiment showed me that this technique is not beneficial for my learning. This is a habit that I need to stop doing while studying! #EM203Robin
@Em203Mallik Great point! The impact of technology in the education industry has been made so prevalent during the pandemic. Many have been predicting that online formats may be favourable for school and work, but I am hopeful to be back in person! #EM203Robin
It is three lessons into EM203, and I've learned so much! One lesson that I found very interesting was that while my generation often multi-tasks, researchers have found that this is not very effective in a school environment! #EM203Robin
