I really like how this website has a thorough definition of Anti-Asian racism, what we can do about it, and a list of resources relating to this topic!
I chose this as a photo because I think one of the first and most important solutions to any problem, especially gender equality in sports, is to have representation and recognition!
Especially during times of the pandemic, I think it is so important for individuals to seek help! With school, work, COVID-19, and everything going on, it is important to know your resources.
Post-secondary students, reaching out can make a difference.
Ontario post-secondary students text GOOD2TALKON to 686868 and Nova Scotia post-secondary students text GOOD2TALKNS to 686868.
After participating in three weekly discussions and activities for EM203, I must admit I have learned the advancing relationship between technology nowadays and students, as well as I, have further understood the way I learn in the classroom today! #EM203Robin
@Em203GRathaur Hey! I completely agree that learning about how technology has influenced individuals different ways of learning has been interesting and applicable to our current situations! This goes takes on a much broader approach to academics than initially expected!
@EM203JRaymond Hey Jamie! I think the notion of technology being incorporated into our education system and tools of communication is a very important and interesting topic to look at right now. Especially with the current pandemic, we can see how it affects us directly!
@EM203EBoire Hello Eve! I myself found the evolution of technology and it’s influence on students to be very interesting! I think it is important to look at it from a students first-person perspective, as well as, from an academic standpoint!
@EM203fedora Hey Fedora,
I completely agree and think that having digital literacy is so important especially in such a technologically dominated society! Not only is it from an academic POV but it is beneficial for us in day-to-day scenarios!
@moli0480 Hi Nicole!
I think you make a great point about the relationship between technology and students because it’s something we don’t consciously recognize as we interact with it! Great points!!
Within the first few weeks of this course, I have gained new insight to a different method of learning and recognized the fact that this course is very relevant, interesting, and relatable to todays society! I’m looking forward to the rest of the semester! #EM203Robin
