@hollie__pollard Hi Hollie, I reached out on your March 25 post and really appreciated your perspective. I’m a Laurier student researching youth unemployment and would value your insight, if you have a moment to reply to my recent post, I’d be grateful. Thank you!
@BarefootStudent Hi there, I am doing a project for a class and I need to receive a tweet from a verified source, do you mind if you reply to my tweet?
@BarefootStudent Interesting stat. As a Laurier student, this feels tied to youth unemployment, many first-time job seekers turn to side hustles because stable entry-level roles are harder to secure. Are side hustles becoming a necessity rather than a choice?
@BarefootStudent This highlights how heavy student debt can become. As a Laurier student, it’s especially concerning alongside rising youth unemployment. If grads can’t find stable work, how sustainable is the current education financing model?

@BarefootStudent Big drop. As a Laurier student, I see this reflected in peers, many struggle to find meaningful or stable roles even after graduation. Do you think this is mostly about the economy, or a mismatch between education and real-world skills?
@BarefootStudent That’s concerning. As a Laurier student, this reflects what many are already feeling, struggling to secure relevant roles after graduating. Do you think this is driven more by the job market, or a gap between education and workforce needs?
@CdnCoalition_ Interesting point. As a Laurier student, I see this gap firsthand, strong education, but limited access to real-world experience. It feels like many are ready to work, just not given the chance. How do we better connect students with meaningful opportunities earlier?
@hollie__pollard Important points. As a Laurier student, I see youth unemployment & underemployment playing a huge role, many struggle to find meaningful work after school. Do you think the bigger issue is a lack of jobs, or a lack of the right opportunities?
@BarefootStudent Interesting shift.
Curious on what do you think matters more for young people entering the workforce today: a degree or practical experience?
Iranian officials say a US-Israel strike on a girls' primary school in southern Iran killed and injured more than 150 students.
Asked about the strike, a US Central Command spokesperson said "we are aware of reports concerning civilian harm resulting from ongoing military operations. We take these reports seriously and are looking into them. The protection of civilians is of utmost importance, and we will continue to take all precautions available to minimize the risk of unintended harm."

A quote that interested me today was a tweet by @HYPEX announcing that the “TUNG TUNG TUNG SAHUR SKIN IS COMING TO FORTNITE”. This has a lot of meaning to me, because I enjoy Fortnite, as well as Tung Tung Tung Sahur. Combing both into one place, collides worlds! #EM203Robin
Using Google Advanced Search to find targeted info on financial stress & youth unemployment. The options to filter by region, update time, or domain (like .edu) are game changers for research! #EM203Research https://t.co/OIhYKOv0ED
@EM203CDennehy Your argument map highlights how the increased use of digital technology in education may negatively affect student attention, focus, and learning outcomes despite the opportunities it provides. #EM203problems
