@MarcusXG3005 A problem I found within your concept map is the lack of financial literacy around "buy now, pay later" services. Young consumers tend to be unaware and lack the knowledge of debt accumulation using online payment services. #EM203problems
@EM203lari Hi Annick, connectivism is really interesting to me. Networking and having a variety of experiences is key to broadening our knowledge base. We must connect, navigate and construct ourselves in a way that allows for information to 'flow'.
@MarcusXG3005 Hi Marcus, I would have to agree that multi-tasking is often seen as overstimulating. For myself personally, these two concepts are synonyms. Multi-tasking can be a lot. When dividing one's attention across multiple tasks it can feel like too much.
@EM203TharnikaR Hi Tharnika, I agree that the use of technology and the internet has significantly impacted how we learn and what we learn. Since most people are heavily online what we preview via technology and the internet play a large role in what we know.
@EM203cimeson Hi Caden, I too found it insightful to learn about learning! Learning is not a synonym for memorisation but rather a combination of skills one uses while learning a new concept.
@EM203VTowner Hi Victoria, I agree with how technology can be used in a variety of ways to not only learn new skills but also for comprehension and deepening one's understanding.
Wrapping up the first three lessons of EM203 has given me a good foundation of how learning takes place in a variety of environments. Learning is not just about memorizing but is a process to acquiring, experiencing, interacting and reflecting. @EM203Robin
