You may be suffering from sleep deprivation. People often neglect the importance of proper sleep. The recommended length of sleep is around 8 hours.

@EM203NPatel right now we are seeing the adverse affects of climate change and the impact on health through the smoke travelling across Ontario. This has made it more difficult to see and breathe. #EM203problems
@EM203NFerdman I'm looking forward to what this course has to offer in the future too! My personal favourite activity so far has to be when I got to research constructivism, as it allowed me to understand learning on a more methodical level.
@em203rmistry I got a chance to research constructivism as well and found it very interesting. It's awesome to think about how you can approach learning and teaching in so many different ways. Each style carries its own benefits and challenges.
