@EM203PCanham Thanks for bringing up such an important and growing issue in global warming. Another issue is that melting glaciers will lead to rising sea levels which will cause some cities to go underwater, and cause a loss of housing for many people. #em203problems
@EM203FFontana One problem that you could look into when it comes to poverty and its relationship to education is how lower-income families or families without access to the proper technology for school have been dealing throughout COVID-19 with their kids at home
@EM203JLavi A problem that could come from looking at COVID-19 and it’s relation to mental health would be seeing how the accessibility of help for people in developing countries versus people in developed countries differs, as well as the amount of people benefitting from it
@r_em203 One problem that could be concerned with smoking and its relation to health concerns could be how the lungs of different age groups are affected by the smoke, seeing that younger people are still experiencing growth and development.
@EM203LaurenB Hi Lauren, I too have found a lot of the content we have learned in this class to be quite intriguing, such as the 3 M's and the different theories. I am looking forward to growing my understanding of the technology/internet world through this course!
@em203bschmitz Hi Baillie, the first 3 weeks of this course also taught me a lot about the 3 M's. You are right - it is crazy to see how apparent they are in our life on a day-to-day basis! I'm definitely looking forward to learn more from EM203!
@EM203laurieR Hi Laurie, this course has also taught me a lot about the different theories, especially constructivism. I too am looking forward to learning more in this class and seeing what it has to offer. :)
@EM203lyndsaym Hi Lyndsay! I agree that this class has done a great job showing us the importance of these theories as well as their influences on the way we learn. It is cool to see how it has helped us understand the ways in which we learn.
@EM203KGillespie Hi Kamden :) I have also enjoyed the first 3 weeks of EM203 and believe that it has given us an opportunity to both engage ourselves in the content as well as portray it on Twitter!
During the first three weeks for EM203, we discovered the importance of different digital theories and how they influence the way we learn on a day to day basis - understanding the effects of digital presence, improved my understanding of how I learn in a digital age. #EM203Robin
After week 3 of EM203, not only have I gained an understating of the constructivism theory and how highly it is viewed within classrooms, but also about the 3 M’s and their influences. I’m excited to see be back in class and observe constructivism within classrooms! #EM203Robin
