One way to approach the problem fo sustainability to recognize that it is a loaded word, and it takes quite a great deal of international cooperation (often interdisciplinary approaches) to even consider searching for solutions.

World Food Prize laureate @lawrencehaddad discusses how nutrition and food security are not only important to the health sector, but also to education, the environment, & conflict - and how crucial it is to “connect the dots” between these. #foodsecurity https://t.co/7SXKScctYE
@SamanEm203 I think learning by doing is one of the best ways to learn, agreed. I also believe that doing is not just about physically doing a task but also about the mentality -- the reflection. Learning by doing helps teach us about the so what aspect as well
@MathewSimonpil1 I also found the lesson on learning concepts quite insightful. I think it underscores the fact that we, as students, and young adults have a variety of ways we do things. There is no one right way. We are all learners with our innate tendencies/strengths.
@EM203NJeffery Technology has changed learning as we know it, and it has allowed for distance education. I think it has taught us all that learning does transcend a classroom and online reflection (through writing) can be a powerful discussion tool.
@em203kahlan Learning through the digital medium also gives us a new perspective from our lives. I agree that learning is not confined to the classroom and I think that reflection extends beyond the content per say. It comes down to how much one wants to gain out of the experience.
@EM203_LSmith I think reflection is one of the most overlooked aspects of learning. Active reflection can help avoid errors in the past, but it can also improve your ability to gauge effective ways to tackle tasks ( experience is invaluable here).
The first few weeks of EM203 have taught me that learning is about doing. As learners, we often retain the most information when we do the action (whether this is a physical or mental activity); I have enjoyed the course thus far and look forward to the weeks to come.#EM203Robin
