@JenRive92066301 Hi Jen, being in the education field and dealing with children first hand, I’m curious how you think COVID-19 has or will affect the socialization of kids in the future?
“Happiness is a choice. You can choose to be happy. There’s going to be stress in life, but it’s your choice whether you let it affect you or not.” ~Valerie Bertinelli #EM203Robin
@em203wbatool I agree, I found that the multi-tasking experiment was the most eye opening to me. It definitely showed me that I need to stop listening to music while I study to increase my memory retention. I hope you enjoy the rest of the course!!
@JohnCoatesEM203 I agree completely John! So far I’ve found the first 3 lessons to be super interesting as well. My favourite activity so far would be the multitasking experiment. It made me realize I needed to change some of my study habits. I hope you enjoy the rest of EM203!
@EM203_Dalgleish Hi Alexandra, I also enjoyed gaining knowledge on learning theories! Specially I dove deeper into learning about connectivity. I hope you enjoy the rest of EM203!!
@Em203Katherine I agree Katherine! With the internet being so prevalent in our lives, it is interesting to see how this has changed how learning occurs. I’m also excited to see what else we can learn about this topic!
@EM203PTemprile I agree Payton, I’ve found diving deeper into how we learn to be super interesting! Lesson 3 was also my favourite as it helped me realize that doing my homework in silence could be very beneficial for memorization moving forward.
In #EM203Robin we’ve learned about learning theories, different ways information can be presented as well as what happens when you try multitasking while doing work. In the week 3 experiment I realized I need to stop listening to music while doing my homework😬
