Last night Erickson McGovern Architects had a time of remembrance for Managing Principal – Ray Mow. It was great to see so many friends and colleagues and have a chance to reminisce and pay tribute.

It is with much regret to share the passing of Raymond C. Mow, Managing Principal at EMA. He passed unexpectedly from a heart attack April 8th. Respected by the architectural community, loved by the EMA staff, Ray has left a legacy of excellence & care. He will be greatly missed.
@BethelSD Pierce County Skills Center modification will expand two programs into an existing building located adjacent to the existing campus. The high school-level career training center will keep students at the forefront of technological advances. #schooldesign#architecture
We were honored to join the Oakville School District's ribbon cutting & blessing by the Chehalis Tribe for the new Elementary Building & remodeled Middle-High School. We hope it serves its staff, students, and community well. Thank you to all who made this project possible!
Last week, EMA had the pleasure of hosting Pease Construction at the Hoopsters Vikings Open Golf Tournament fundraiser supporting the Curtis HS basketball team in @upsd83. A beautiful, if hot, day for golf and gathering together to support students in our community!

The new addition to Building 28 at Western State Hospital continues to rise. At this time, the building is scheduled to be dried in around the first of December.

Last week, EMA members Cicely Stewart & Paul Irving, traveled to the University of Idaho for their Fall Career Fair. It was great meeting and engaging with many prospective graduates as they begin their journey into Architecture.
