EMCID is pleased to announce the promotion of Kelley Barr Mattlage to the position of COO effective Jan. 1, 2026. In her new role, Mattlage will oversee administrative & operational functions, lead marketing and public relations strategies and include HR, event/office management.

The Signorelli Company presented a $300,000 check to the East Montgomery County Scholarship Foundation, an EMCID subsidiary. In the 21 years since the foundation began, the board has doled out over $9 million to support the foundation’s $1,600 #scholarship. #Graduation
