Today Chesterfield Rotary Station Adopters were out planting up under watchful eye of master gardener Rekha group is creating a garden that will tell the story of Chesterfield.

We were at Sheffield Station today flying the flag for #CommunityRailWeek, & telling people passing about all the wonderful places they can visit by train across our Network.

Despite weather, we had fantastic action day at Matlock Bath with Derwent Valley Line CRP for #communityrailweek
Thanks to teams from Siemens & Porterbrook Leasing. Station is ready to welcome visitors. Matlock Bath station is step-free & near town centre and attractions!

Fantastic day yesterday at Narborough Station with our friends at @networkrail
We cleared a disused area by the station and made a start on repainting fence

This week our brilliant Station Adopters got hands-on, upcycling old pallets into a new compost heap. A small project with big impact — cutting waste, reducing costs, and boosting healthier planting year-round. Making our station greener, brighter, and more welcoming for all 🌱

Making heritage rail accessible!
EMR were delighted to support the new lift installation at @GcrGreat Loughborough through our Community Fund
The lift will ensure Great Central Railway’s history can be enjoyed by everyone!

Getting their Greener strategy coming to life at East Midlands Parkway today. We joined forces with @DerbysWildlife & staff from @EMA_Airport to make the station green space more wildlife friendly, building rock trenches, bird boxes , scarifying land & sowing wild seeds! 🪻🌼🐍
