Some RI context:
-We have excellent scene response times (4-6 mins) in OHCA
-Our bystander CPR rate is about half that of the national average of 40%
-Our OHCA survival rate is less (~7%) than the 1 in 10 average reported in this article

@headrick_sara @the_tommartin Fair point. To be clear: 3 hospitals in the same system. Close to 50% of the adult ED visits in the state. Likely over-represents urban/suburban departments and under-counts rural services. Also, we desperately need #CARES to get state-wide data to improve our system.
