i know you may not have seen it yet, but a QRT from a store say it was tickets you was buying for an event and not a pack of vests or nothing from them, dahs true? cause that would change the nature of the complaint

It was a ticket he was trying to purchase, but his intention was to create chaos to receive attention for either himself or his store because if you read his tweets he is rejoicing that he was blasted because he gained followers. It’s crazy out there but we stay prayed up 🙏🏿

As I said before, IT IS A CONVENIENCE, and funny enough, the idea of this started with a customer who requested to pay extra not to walk to the ATM!

In all honesty, as a box office you're to make sure customers pay for tickets in CASH. Not demand a fee out of them for swipes. As a box office the entities ask businesses to request CASH so That's crazy to me

Demand ? Who said that we demand ? Many people walk to the ATM and return with cash! We DO NOT put a knife to anyone’s throat and DEMAND! On the other hand people who don’t care to walk to the atm pay the fee AT THEIR OWN FREE WILL! Understand now? 🙃

@ShaeTatiannaa @_skully_00 In this case it does not matter! The tickets are not ours, why would we absorb any fees for events not associated with us?? you can use the card machine FREE OF CHARGE to purchase our product which is clothing. He came and gave half the story, clearly for attention!

It’s crazy how people run with inaccurate information. Paying extra is an OPTION we give to patrons who wish to purchase TICKETS! The events are not hosted by us and. So this is a convenience option offered to the customer. We charge nothing on the purchase of clothing!
