I think @amazon and @AmazonKindle stopped letting people gift subscriptions. Every time I have tried it has errored out.

I try to give service workers the benefit of the doubt, I really do. Working in retail or customer service sucks.

@AmazonHelp All I wanted to do was gift kindle unlimited to someone. It kept saying provisional change needed for payment method. I called you guys and supposedly it was corrected with changing payment methods. And it wasn’t. Your rep could’ve stay on the line to make sure it worked.

I was supposed to get a survey sent to my email on how well the call went. Welp, they must’ve know. It was going to be a bad one because I have yet to receive anything.
