Colleagues from the School are excited to be supporting EMPOWER at the OPCC Leicester event today building strategy in relation to violence against women & girls #VAWG@EMPOWER_VAWG@VR_Network
We're now unpicking the key themes that our stakeholders focused on: VAWG in a digital world, Curriculum (content of intervention, and Gatekeepers (how do we overcome access issues so that we can deliver interventions)
Our #VOICES project is recruiting people/group representatives with lived experience of #SexualAssault to drive change and improvements locally.

Live thematic analysis happening here as we pull together the common ideas coming out of our brainstorming event on multi agency working & #VAWG: resource management, information/risk sharing, communication, and policy/culture mismatches
It’s our second #VAWG multi-agency workshop today - focussing on accessing and engagement with the CJS/support. Some real time thematic analysis going on with the team during the tea break!
Lots of really useful sessions breaking down the key issues, barriers, risks and enablers from different agencies perspectives. Really excited to see where the next 9 months takes us!
