@Postvox Can you tell me why you continue to return parcels coming in from US companies stating the the declarations are incorrect when the company is compliant with in EU regulations? Also you deliver some, don't deliver others even though decs are the same for all parcels?
@endamoynihan@Postvox They don't engage with me eitherbecause I've proven theyre incompetent and Ive had it confirmed by REVENUE & EU COMMISSION that they are not operating correctly, but they dont give a toss! They have blocked my tweets from showing on their feed too, thats why I reply to comments

@msalibee@Postvox Has been happening to me for months, they are not filling in the correct declaration and just return it. It is their fault but they refuse to acknowledge it, I have a TD escalating it now because An Post refuse to sort it out
@Liz_Wilson@Postvox@CCPCIreland@Conorpope They double charged my customers VAT for months and even when they provided the evidence to show it was paid it didnt matter, they then returned the parcels if it wasnt paid.
@LeoCadogan @Postvox I have been having this issue since July, An Post do not fill in the correct declaration their end, I had it verified by revenue, but An Post wont take accountability and continue to do it

Confirmed by REVENUE that An Post are not filing the right declaration for our parcels, It has been brought to their attention but they refuse to acknowledge it & fix the problem. They wont engage with me now because I have proven their misconduct

I have proven that An Postis not filing the correct declaration for parcels H1 is needed but they continue to fill in the wrong 1 even after they have been made aware, I had it confirmed by REVENUE. It is their issue to fix but they wont
@wrunbiebs@Postvox Shocking isnt it! They won't engage with me at all now, They don't answer emails & shut me down on the webchat. I have proved gross misconduct within An Post so I think I am blacklisted now, that is why they do not respond to any correspondence from me! Hope you get sorted

@SeanH09452757@Postvox@Hazelbrook8 I have contacted a TD now and hopefully she will get to the bottom of all of the incompetency's within An Post. They have cost a lot of people in this country a lot of money with their mistakes
