@BiharEnergy @SEVA_NBPDCL Thanks. One request/feedback: users on Jio/Airtel can't receive OTPs on the Suvidha App/WSS Portal. That's why I changed my number to BSNL, where OTPs are received. Please fix this or provide WhatsApp OTP as an alternative.

Got BSNL for ₹1 just to test — stable 4G indoors, 10–20 Mbps DL/UL on B28, with barely any indoor/outdoor difference.
Meanwhile, Jio 5G still struggles indoors at the same location. 🤷‍♂️📶

@JioCare Jio Prime promises priority support, including on-demand callback service. I paid ₹300 for Prime, but there’s no advisor callback or priority support option after activation. Jio’s own FAQ says these are Prime benefits. So where are the promised benefits, Jio?
