On Women’s Entrepreneurship Day, we celebrate the first-generation women entrepreneurs of Shwetdhara who are transforming India's dairy economy from the ground up. They’ve navigated limited resources, long-held gender norms, and the steep learning curve of running an enterprise for the very first time.

Today, they operate with clarity, skill, and ownership. Their enterprises now drive an annual revenue of ₹12 crore. Gram Sakhis have earned over ₹3 crore. More than 70,000 farmers benefit from their work, and over 16,000 women hold equity, strengthening a more inclusive and resilient dairy ecosystem.
