하이브 측은 당초 행드볼경기장 실내에서 위버스콘 입장 팔찌를 교환하고 휴식 공간도 마련해뒀다. 그러나 시위대가 몰림에 따라 운영 사항이 변경됐다.

하이브 측은 팔찌 배부처, 물품 보관소, 타투스티커 체험전 위치 등을 변경해 긴급 공지했다. 이에 페스티벌을 관람하는 K팝 팬들은 안전 문제, 시위대와의 충돌, 휴식 공간 부재 등으로 우려를 표하고 있다.

공지에 따르면 당초 입장 팔찌 수령 장소로 운영될 예정이었던 티켓링크 라이브 아레나는 이번 행사에서 운영하지 않는다. 이에 따라 일부 관람객의 팔찌 교환 장소도 변경됐다.

기존에는 티켓링크 라이브 아레나 팔찌 배부처에서 입장 팔찌를 받은 뒤 행사장에 입장하는 방식이었으나, 그린패스·그린패스 데이+·그린패스 나이트+ 이용객은 위버스파크 메인 게이트에서 팔찌를 교환하도록 변경됐다.

콘 티켓+ 관객은 별도 팔찌 교환 절차 없이 각 위버스콘 게이트에서 티켓 확인 후 바로 입장할 수 있다. 일반 콘 티켓 관객 역시 기존과 동일하게 티켓 확인 후 입장하면 된다.

이번 조치는 행사장 주변 집회로 인한 혼잡을 최소화하고 관람객 동선이 외부 인파와 겹치지 않도록 하기 위한 조치로 풀이된다. 위콘페 측은 현장 안내에 따라 입장해 달라고 당부했다.
