Horrible service. Last two times i went here in Ballantyne, NC lication they have been understaffed.
@afcuc maybe 6 months back i made my displeasure known and the DR or PA got up and came and saw me. Then today after 1 hour and 14 minutes i left & demand refund front desk.

Absolutely pathetic. I just had to ask for a refu d fri. Afc as i went in with urgent issue and left me in room for 1 hour 14 minutes before i went and demanded a refund and left. They had no less than 4 administrators and nurses. I assume they pay to low to staff.

Merril Lynch advertisement of money being available immediately was a lie. Preferred Deposit scam.

Better put roughly $3-4 per day to have utilization of their fridge then after 12 years they wait for fridge to break and start the cycle again. Also you pay upfront so if carry the time value of money out, is closer to $5-6 per day to have a working fridge from GE. Good Luck

Now I called in and they are not allowing to speak to a supervisor as 10K for 15 years of service im told is a good deal. A day over 12 years infact is their approach. Monogram appliance fridges only have 12 year planned lifespan. So ~$1100-$1200 per year is their plan.

WARNING all Don't every buy a GE Monogram "Their elite line". Had a whole mongram kitchen in my house and attempted repair on fridge (to tune of 3K, ultimately GE say not repairable leak as in the cabinet & workmanship there failed) but want me to pay $12,500. @GEAppliancesCo

It is a shame that I "already paid" the GE Monogram premium for whole kitchen of Monogram appliances and now GE flippantly says the fridge is unrepairable due to manufactures defect in their cabinet and hits me with a $12,500 + $500 for handles plus taxes, delivery, etc. ~$14K

@GEAppliancesCo NOW on phone with supervisor and they are saying only have a 15 year lifespan why then would anyone spend roughly $1000 per year for fridge. Now they are saying only expect/warranty for 12 years. BE WARNED..... lemon alert @GEAppliancesCo @HaierOfficial @HaierAppliances
