We're aware of slow loading & signup issues currently affecting the app for some users.

This is due to some huge traffic spikes experienced throughout the day.

We know how frustrating tech is when it's not working, so we're all hands on deck to stabilise the issues. (1/2)

Exceptionally high traffic loads are the culprit rather than a lack of testing.
