@OnStar really not happy that it took over 15 mins to reach someone while my child and I were locked out of the car in 6 degree weather. The app wouldn’t respond to any commands, I couldn’t get the self serve to function and had to sit on hold for 12 mins before calling back

@SharkHomeUS That’s actually super not ok. I’ll be returning it. I researched for weeks on this decision and your website doesn’t have a great way to compare differences between vacuums and all of the clean and empty systems have the most minor differences. Not a great first shark experience
