May is Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month. Check out the Main Entrance Showcase to see some highlights of influential AAPI people.

The EP International Club will be collecting solar eclipse glasses to be donated to Latin America, where there will be a visible annular eclipse in October 2024.  There is a box in the PPS office where glasses can be dropped off. Collections will be through the end of the month.

This week, the EP International Club and Service Club will be participating in the @PulseraProject, and will be selling pulseras to raise money for artisans, education and resources in Central America.

Students in the @EPCHS_IntClub and Culinary Arts club were treated to tacos by Maria Suastez, owner of the La Cocina Jalisciense restaurant here in #EvergreenPark.

Ms. Suastez offered a demonstration on cooking tacos and then served them to students.

EPCHS is celebrating National Hispanic Heritage Month, which starts today and runs through October 15th. We celebrate this month to recognize achievements and contributions of Hispanic American champions who have inspired others to achieve success. #NationalHispanicHeritageMonth

EP students enjoyed a movie night this week in honor of #BlackHistoryMonth and the International Club raised money for the Equal Justice Initiative.
