Johnny Hurley was a good man.
He stopped an active shooter.
Only to be gunned down by police.
He was & always will be the hero of Olde Town Arvada.
We beat the pavement for over a decade together, fighting against tyranny & government corruption.
His fight lives on in me.
Join us next week: LPEPC Board Meeting — Monday, June 15, 2026 at East Library East Annex, 5550 N Union Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO 80918

Have a terrific Tuesday Colorado!
I've been posting a lot about campaign finance reports for this year's midterm elections.
Money. It's a big part of our lives and of course a big part of politics.
Why do so many special interest groups spend big money to ensure their preferred candidates get elected?
Well, they want to make sure they have a seat at the table and that their agenda continues unimpeded.
Right now, Big Money is being spent on both Republican and Democratic Primaries by the SAME PEOPLE!
Who are they supporting? The candidates that will keep the grift going!
These big-monied special interests do not want anyone in government who is going to upset the apple cart.
Understand that these special interests don't care about the Second Amendment. They don't care about Lowering Taxes. They don't care about the Constitution.
The special interests care about keeping OUR tax money flowing into their projects (and in some cases pockets)!
So, before you vote, realize who is being supported by the Big-Monied Special Interests and who is a Grassroots Candidate that actually wants to get the government out of your life!

Libertarianism requires intellectual curiosity, moral consistency, and a willingness to be unpopular.
This is why many Americans will never consider libertarianism.
The LPEPC applies core Libertarian principles - maximum freedom, minimum government, free markets, constitutional rights - to El Paso County issues like taxes, guns, and local control. Join us in defending liberty locally.

#copolitics Colorado's 2026 legislative session grapples with budget deficits. The answer is spending cuts and deregulation, not tax hikes. LPEPC advocates fiscal responsibility rooted in free markets and limited government.

Really there were only two things I cared about in the Democratic gubernatorial debate on @9News between @pweiser and @MichaelBennet: They both want to make it easier for unions to steal workers' wages; Weiser seems to want to go further in that direction. And they both want to raise taxes and end TABOR refunds.
This is why we can't have nice things in Colorado.
One of these guys will be our next governor.
To my conservative, libertarian, and otherwise non-leftist friends, my prediction remains that the next governor will cause you/us to long for the good ol' days of @jaredpolis. What's left of Republicans in this state will be significantly wiped out in 5 months. Dems will run more rampant. The far left might get a veto-proof majority in the legislature.
If you think you're overtaxed, over-fee-d, over-regulated now, you ain't seen nothin' yet. We're about to become Washington State.

The last time Lynda ran she was easily the winner until an “oopsie” flipped the results and discovered about 6k more votes than expected.
Is the EPC establishment dependent on the fraudulent election system https://t.co/eVQceQs9Ne exposed?
Strange how all those 8(?) challenged elections were right around 67/34. As a reflection of confidence, a hand-count (paid for by challengers), the establishment joined with Jena Griswold to fight the hand-count all the way to the COSC.
When a machine recount was finally authorized, the candidates were each given about 48hours to raise $25k …
Which included a rep from dominion charging $10k/week to monitor the process from another room… for machines that are forbidden from having wifi connectivity.
