يهدُف المشروع إلى تخفيف الضغط على قسم الطوارئ، إذ أن بعض الحالات قد لا تستلزم الانتظار وقتا طويلا اذا تم معاينتهم من قِبل الفريق الطبي المسؤول عن الحالة وبالتالي تقديم العلاج لأكبر عدد ممكن من المرضى وتقليل وقت الانتظار ⏱🚦
