Programs like WIC, TANF, and SNAP are essential tools for ending poverty and hunger.

A lot of people in prison commit suicide during Christmas. Thoughts of family, tradition, children, get too emotional to deal with. I've always used this time to intentionally grieve, for the pain I caused, my victims. Doing so makes my sadness purposeful & easier for me mentally
