Introduction: Lease Disposition of County Parking Lot No. 12, located at 1920 Seminary Road, & Colesville Commuter Lot, located at 13504 New Hampshire Ave - MoCo plans to lease 26 public parking spots for 10 YEARS to Francis Energy for EV charging stations

Instead of funding existing needs, there will another study.

Bystanders helped occupants of a car out of flash flooding in Silver Spring, Maryland, on Saturday. The driver told WTOP's Dave Dildine she couldn't gauge the depth. The civilian rescuers said they saw a person in need and sprang into action.
