@easyJet When we were forced to change flight because you cancelled ours the new booking did not allow me to allocate extra hand luggage to add our medical equipment. This cannot be checked in luggage hold. Shame on you.

You only get a partial refund if you opt for a voucher which risks you losing your new booking. If you make a flight change for a cancelled flight you do not get the difference.

@easyJet When changing flights because easyjet cancelled the original, people have to pay the difference if it costs more but you don't refund the difference if it costs less. In any other business this is called theft.
