Honored to have been part of the historic #NYValves2026 faculty and to serve as one of the Program Directors for the #LAAC Summit, now in its second year, with @crfheart in New York.
It was a privilege to help shape a program spanning the full breadth of left atrial appendage closure, from the fundamentals of device selection and building a busy LAAC practice to advanced case scenarios, intra-procedural imaging, ICE guidance, and the management of complex anatomies.
I also had the opportunity to present several next-generation technologies through recorded cases from @StBernards Healthcare and @ARGJonesboro , and to share insights from the #VERITAS study on the learning curve of the @AbbottCardio Amulet 360 LAAO device, data demonstrating how safety, efficacy, and procedural efficiency improve over a remarkably short experience curve. Also showcased some of the First in Human images using #LUXERA , the next generation #4D ICE catheter from @SiemensHealth .
Above all, this field advances through teamwork. The best outcomes come from close collaboration across imaging specialists, structural interventionists, electrophysiologists, and cardiac surgeons working together as one heart team.
