Summer '24 Week 6: WOW where have the 6 weeks have gone, lots of great work completed across the @Endeavour_MAT Estate.

Our first post 6weeks ago, was the refurb of 2 toilet blocks @WilmingtonGSG & below are the finished products.

Summer '24 Week 5: All change @wilmingtonboys, with the help of the in-house premises team we have remodelled 3 classrooms into 1 large teaching space, with the ability to slide a dividing wall through the centre which will create 2 smaller teaching areas once installed.

Summer '24 Week4: This week the Hall and Dining area @wilmingtonboys has been repainted and a splash of colour added to the main corridor by the PTA by way of this jazzy new mural!

Summer '24 Week3: We're letting in the light @wilmingtonboys and making our Hall even larger with removal of the wooden wall and watch this space for a decorative spruce up before the end of the holiday!

Summer '24 Week2: Refresh of canteens and servery’s across the Trust. All schools @wilmingtonboys @WilmingtonGSG @stonelodgesch & Wilmington Primary School are looking smart and ready for the new term. Following each Friday for an update on all our projects @Endeavour_MAT

Summer '24 Week1: Lots going on, over @WilmingtonGSG it's out with the old and in with the new for our ground floor toilets! We're opening up the entrance and really letting the sunshine in. Keep following each Friday for an update on this and our other projects @Endeavour_MAT!

Continuing the ad hoc posts for @Endeavour_MAT this summer - wire and paint brushes have been put to good use and a smart new look is spreading around the external staircases @wilmingtonboys!

Not the normal summer @Endeavour_MAT! So busy this year that we can't manage our daily posts of summer with updates - but safe to say lots going on - two of our secondary schools have been successful with CIF bids for new heating systems, so out with the old and in with the new!

It might only have been an 8 day school holiday but we've been making the most of it here @WilmingtonGSG - the new Library is really taking shape - just need to unpack from the move!

Lots of work still to do, but Head of Premises & Estates for Endeavour MAT inspects and is happy so far with our new mezzanine level Library @WilmingtonGSG!

Day 29: Signing off for the summer - where did the 6 weeks go! Tomorrow we welcome our colleagues back in full, a special mention for Wilmington Primary School, officially joining @Endeavour_MAT tomorrow! One last pic of our lovely new Hall doors @wilmingtonboys

Day 28: Penultimate day of the holidays and it's all go getting everything ready for full return of teaching colleagues on Thursday. @wilmingtonboys we've also been fitting a few "little extras" - one example - a refresh on the much trodden steps outside the Staff Room.

Day 27: The scaffolding is almost all gone and just some last tidying up to do @wilmingtonboys - just in case you can't remember what it looked like at the start of the summer, here's before and after!

Day 26: And it's yet more "out with the old and in with the new" here @wilmingtonboys - this time doors galore!
