A horrible and sleepless night in Kyiv. This was one of the most brutal Russian attacks to date, with ballistic missiles raining down on our capital one after another.

At least 12 people were killed in Kyiv, and one more in the Kyiv region. A school, a children’s hospital, and residential buildings were severely damaged. Russia also attacked Chernihiv and Odesa regions.

With such horrific war crimes Putin wants to demonstrate complete impunity. Each Russian ballistic missile is an act of barbarism. And each interceptor delivered to Ukraine is an act of humanity and saved human lives.

We know partners who can deliver these interceptors, and we urge them once again to act without delay. Every delay is measured in human lives.

We are informing all states and international organizations of the consequences of this attack, and we urge them to take immediate, concrete steps to intensify pressure on Russia and bolster support for Ukraine.

I urge Ukrainians abroad to take action.

We are calling on the Ukrainian World Congress, as well as all Ukrainian organizations and communities in key capitals and around the world, to raise their voices now.

We call for three critical measures to protect human lives:

- Deliver air defense: Transfer or sell additional interceptors and air defense systems to Ukraine.

- Tighten sanctions: Increase sanctions pressure to cripple Russia’s ability to manufacture these instruments of terror.

- Build defense capabilities: Partner with Ukraine to develop anti-ballistic capabilities.

A Ukrainian soldier, Viktor Prylypenko, posted a photo in 2023 of a russian bulletproof vest, saying: "Speak russian or die!" The really scary part is that the russians actually mean it.

The pretext of the russian invasion was to “liberate” russian speaking people from the Ukrainian oppression. So, if you speak russian, but for some reason you chose not to, then you must be eliminated. The peak of this absurdity is that russians will call anyone a Nazi who don’t want to speak russian.

Recently, a friend of mine shared a story that he was called a Nazi by his former acquaintance from russia, because my friend didn’t want to speak russian. I was not surprised at all, since I have already been called a Nazi several times because in a public conversation with russians I refused to speak russian, but rather chose either Ukrainian or English.

The russians are killing and torturing us because we want to be Ukrainians and speak Ukrainain language. It is precisely their actions that alienated us from the russian language.

Since the full scale invasion, the use of the Ukrainian language in daily conversations has increased from 66% to nearly 80%, while the russian language is becoming obsolete in Ukraine.

I am very disturbed by this, and I no longer have a favorable view of Russia.

In July alone, Russian occupiers destroyed around 1.5 million Ukrainian books.

The publisher BookChef lost approximately 800,000 books in the attack on July 2, when its warehouse and stock were completely destroyed;

On July 19, around 250,000 copies burned following an attack on the publisher Knygolav;

A portion of the destroyed stock consists of school textbooks. Moscow is once again attempting to erase Ukrainian identity.

The International Olympic Committee isn’t an intergovernmental organization. Instead the IOC is registered as a private, not-for-profit international non-governmental organization organized as an association under Swiss Law (specifically under Articles 60 et seq. of the Swiss Civil Code). Basically in today’s world the IOC is money collecting and distributing machine. As it appears with no moral engagement or constraints.

There are currently two active representatives from Ukraine serving as Members of the International Olympic Committee: Valeriy Borzov and Sergii Bubka. From Ukraine but not representing the government of Ukraine or required to coordinate their position with the government.

The IOC is currently led by a former minister in the government of Zimbabwe, a country that voted against practically all resolutions of UNGA in support of territorial integrity of Ukraine.

The EU provides variable financial support to International Olympic Committee via multiple European Commission grants, educational initiatives, and collaborative development schemes.

Erasmus+ Programme: This is the primary vehicle for EU sports funding. The IOC and its affiliate entities, like the European Olympic Committees (EOC) EU Office, secure grants for grassroots sports development, social inclusion, and dual-career programs for athletes.

In light of a provisional decision of the IOC to return warmongering Russia to Olympic Games on July 14, 2026, a coalition of nine EU member states (Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania, and Sweden) formally petitioned the European Commissioner for Sport, Glenn Micallef, to completely cut off the IOC and other complicit sports bodies from Erasmus+ and all alternative EU funding programs.

This is a disgraceful and irresponsible decision by the IOC.

While Russia continues its campaign of terror against Ukraine, the IOC has chosen to turn a blind eye, lifting restrictions and effectively clearing the way for Russian athletes to return to international competitions. This is not neutrality, it is complicity.

Hundreds of Ukrainian athletes, coaches, and young talents have been killed or robbed of their Olympic futures because of Russia’s aggression. Yet the IOC refuses to confront this reality.

At a moment when Russia persists in its assault on Ukraine, the priority cannot be to rub shoulders with the aggressor. It must be to reinforce isolation, uphold international law, and defend the integrity of sport.

Day of the Anti-Aircraft Missile Forces of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The warriors who, day and night, protect our people, cities, and critical infrastructure from Russian attacks. It is the anti-aircraft missile forces that are the main deterrent against Russian aircraft intruding into our airspace. Drones, missiles, aircraft: over the years of the war, our warriors of the anti-aircraft missile forces have already shot down tens of thousands of enemy targets. And all of us see the results of this work. It was a Ukrainian Patriot unit that, on May 4, 2023, shot down a Kinzhal aeroballistic missile for the first time in the world.

Ukraine is already in its fifth year of living under constant massive air strikes. The modern world has not yet faced attacks on such a scale. And despite this, our warriors of the anti-aircraft missile forces prove their effectiveness every day, defending Ukraine’s skies. The warriors have successfully mastered and operate modern foreign air defense systems. The combat experience of the anti-aircraft missile forces is among the greatest in the world.

I thank each and every one of you for your service, for your accuracy, and for every life saved.

Today, Kyiv mourns the victims of Russia's massive attack against Ukraine's capital on July 2.

Russia killed at least 30 civilians in that attack. Dozens of people were injured. We extend our deepest condolences to the families and loved ones of those whose lives were taken by Russia.

As a result of Russia's attack, damage was recorded across nearly every district of Kyiv. More than 20 residential buildings were damaged, along with an emergency medical station, ambulances, businesses, and other civilian infrastructure. 

Despite the danger, rescuers, medics, and emergency crews continue working around the clock to save lives and help those affected. Psychologists from Ukraine's State Emergency Service have already provided support to 190 people.

On this Day of Mourning, flags are flying at half-mast across Kyiv, and all entertainment events have been cancelled.

Eternal memory to those whose lives were taken by Russia. These crimes must not go unanswered. Russia must be held accountable, and Ukraine must receive the support it needs to protect its people.

Każdy wie, że przez ostatnie lata zwykli Polacy pokazali światu coś niezwykłego . Otworzyli swoje domy dla uchodźców , organizowali pomoc , wspierali samorządy , szkoły , organizacje społeczne i całe lokalne wspólnoty . Powstał ogromny kapitał solidarności , zbudowany nie przez polityków , lecz przez obywateli .

Znalazła się w Polsce , bo uciekła przed wojną wraz z rodzicami po osiemdziesiątce . To był szok . Straciła wszystko i jest w moim wieku . O solidarności polsko-ukraińskiej…

Zadaniem państwa było wykorzystać ten kapitał mądrze . Zamienić go w trwałe korzyści dla Polski. . W większe bezpieczeństwo , silniejszą pozycję międzynarodową , udział polskich firm w odbudowie Ukrainy , rozwój współpracy wojskowej oraz skuteczniejsze rozmowy o trudnych kartach naszej wspólnej historii .

Polska miała ku temu wyjątkową okazję .

Jako państwo frontowe , najbliższy sąsiad Ukrainy i główne zaplecze logistyczne walczącego kraju mogliśmy odgrywać rolę pomostu między Kijowem a Europą . Przed konferencją odbudowy Ukrainy w Gdańsku nasza pozycja była wyjątkowo silna . To był moment , w którym powinniśmy mówić o przyszłości , bezpieczeństwie , inwestycjach i miejscu Polski w powojennej odbudowie regionu . Ale pojawił się Nawrocki i wszystko zepsuł . Ta ostatnia sytuacja to totalna klapa i wstyd na cały świat . Nawrocki wcześniej zawetował SAFE , spotkał się z Orbanem . To kolega Trumpa , który przyjaźni się z Putinem .

W dyplomacji agenda jest walutą . Kto wyznacza tematy rozmowy , ten zwiększa swój wpływ na decyzje . Polska powinna była wykorzystać ten moment do wzmacniania własnej pozycji gospodarczej i politycznej . Ale Nawrocki zepsuł wszystko .
Każdy konflikt między Polską a Ukrainą jest prezentem dla Kremla . Od lat rosyjska propaganda próbuje wykorzystywać bolesne wydarzenia historyczne do skłócania naszych narodów . Każdy publiczny spór staje się materiałem dla tych , którzy chcą osłabić zarówno Polskę , jak i Ukrainę . Nawrocki jest puszczany codziennie w rosyjskich mediach , stał się bohaterem Putina .
Nawrocki chce wyjścia Polski z Unii Europejskiej , czyli podważa autorytet Jana Pawła II , który całym swoim życiem torował Polsce drogę do Unii Europejskiej .

I właśnie dlatego Polska powinna zawsze wybierać to , co wzmacnia jej pozycję , zwiększa jej wpływy i buduje przyszłość kolejnych pokoleń .

Bo prawdziwa siła państwa nie polega na tym , że potrafi obrazić partnera .

Prawdziwa siła państwa polega na tym , że potrafi bronić własnej pamięci historycznej , a jednocześnie skutecznie realizować swoje interesy .

Mądrze . Konsekwentnie . Dalekowzrocznie .

Tak , aby po latach zostało po nas nie tylko wspomnienie sporów , ale przede wszystkim silniejsza, bezpieczniejsza i bardziej wpływowa Polska . Ale Nawrocki tego nie rozumie .

Nawrocki to nie mój prezydent , bo obudził faszyzm , wzbudzając nastroje antyukraińskie i wspierając faszystowskiego Putina . Kropka .
