As the festival of Diwali is approaching, Joint team intensified surprise raids and today raided the food businesses in district West & Central including khoya Mandi. Total 8 samples of paneer, khoya etc lifted to check it's quality & safety parameters. @NehaBansal31 @fssaiindia

To aware the khoya and paneer seller and purchaser, today FSW (Mobile Food Lab) was placed at Khoya Mandi mori gate. Live demo of adulterants checking was shown to FBOs , consumers & media personnel. Awareness material alongwith #DART booklet distributed @fssaiindia @NehaBansal31

In view upcoming festival of Diwali, a surprise raided done at Khoya Mandi, mori gate, Delhi on 18.10.2024 to crack down on any adulterated sale of khoya.
10 samples of khoya lifted and unattended & suspected to be adulterated was seized and destroyed @NehaBansal31 @fssaiindia
