@British_Airways I have spoken to a couple of people in different departments. It was offered as a gesture of good will. My phone call was recorded... it’s taken this long for someone to actually get in touch with me. Appalling.
@British_Airways Spent over an hour on the phone to be hung up by one of your staff. I was promised £50 as a gesture of goodwill which you have no record of, convenient. I never dealt with such incompetent people in all my life. You have ruined my holiday before its even started
