100 Squats a day challenge for Cancer Research
Did 200 in this video and full video is on my Facebook, but twitter doesn't allow 8min videos lol so this brings total to 275 + 50 posted on day 50 that means I am at 325 of 500 to bring me uptodate
Due to video length limit these aren't the full length videos, but if you have me on Facebook or Instagram the full length videos are on there.
**Disclaimer any videos where I am in uniform were taken whilst off duty before shift, after shift or on unpaid mealbreak**
@CR_UK My pleasure, it's all in aid of a good cause, a few aching muscles for a few days is nothing to what cancer can do to a person and their loved ones.
100 Squats a day for whole of November in aid of Cancer Research UK
Day 3 completed, starting to feel it now. Videos from the last 3 days to follow. If anyone would like to donate you can do this through this link

@Lou_g72 I was of the understanding that the soft shell is designed that it can be wiped clean!! But if sleeves on soft shell are IPC risk due to bare below elbow rule then surely sleeves on all coats/jackets are IPC risk, but bet they won't tell us not to wear high vis or keela!
@OFFICIALWMAS In Honour and Respect of a fallen brother & @OFFICIALWMAS family we are more than a number 9️⃣🚑9️⃣🚒9️⃣🚓 in service. We are #999family and we stand together.
Stand at ease brother RTB we will take it from here.....
My thoughts are with family, friends, and colleagues
@KTHopkins It is called keeping Morale & Spirits up! NHS & frontline workers are risking their lives & health. A bit of morale boosting & spirit lifting time out is needed or do you want NO NHS and Frontline workers left because they all reach breaking point!!
