'Small children, hands tied in the back, and they were torched...the terrorists were sitting and eating while torching them'

Yossi Landau, Commander in Zaka's rescue services, recounts the traumatic scenes he saw following the atrocities committed by Hamas in southern Israel

We received a call at 10pm from a frantic homeowner, reporting a male attempting to gain entry to his house. Thanks to our #SwiftResponding volunteers, the perpetrator was apprehended and arrested by @NYPD70Pct. #WorkingTogether #KeepingYouSafe #ItsWhatWeDo

Community leaders, constituents, & local organizations have teamed up with me to offer a $20K reward for information leading to the arrest & conviction of the perpetrator.

TY @FlatbushShomrim & @ERGSafetyPatrol for distributing these notices at the park today.

Our deepest condolences to the family of Det Brian Simonsen, @NYPDnews @NYPDDetectives @NYPD102Pct and speedy recovery to the injured Sgt. A true tragedy when those who protect us are killed while doing just that.

You can’t get half the @NYCCouncil members to agree on a lunch order most days, but in under two hours, 28 members signed onto this letter of support for @JoeEspoNYC.

Thanks to all my colleagues and @JoeBorelliNYC for standing up for a good man.

[Chaim Deutsch @ChaimDeutsch]

Many of my colleagues are joining me & @JoeBorelliNYC in sending this letter to Mayor de Blasio to support Commissioner @JoeEspoNYC and protest this administration’s apparent decision to dismiss him from his position at @nycemergencymgt.

[Misaskim @misaskim]

It just baffles the mind that @NYCMayorsOffice would fire one of its most competent commissioners @JoeEspoNYC of @nycemergencymgt. A man who helped all New Yorkers 24/7 when ever anything was needed and always had the @NYCMayor back. What has become of this administration.
