May 21, 2026: Officers with @ICEgov @EROPhiladelphia arrested Dominican illegal alien Ariel Pena, 36, at Curran-Fromhold Correctional Facility in Philadelphia on a warrant. Previously removed from the U.S. and illegally re-entered. Now in ICE custody pending criminal prosecution!

Sept. 26, 2024, arrested on 8 counts of manuf/delivery or PWID, dealing in proceeds of unlawful activity, criminal use of a comms facility, and use/possession of drug paraphernalia. Convicted May 12, 2025 of PWID and sentenced up to 23 months.
