I often think of the sketch.
Hours after she died, Steve Martin hosted SNL and scrapped his monologue. With tears in his eyes, and a joke, the show paid tribute to her with their classic: Dancing in the Dark.

On this day 32 years ago, an episode of The Simpsons titled "Homer Loves Flanders" first aired in the United States. In one scene, Homer appears from the bushes and surprises his neighbors, inviting them to spend the day together. When they decline, Homer backs into the bushes and disappears.
The St. Patrick’s Day parade scene in The Fugitive wasn’t scripted. Director Andrew Davis obtained the mayor's permission and, without rehearsal, dropped Harrison Ford and Tommy Lee Jones into the real parade crowd. Ford said he lasted a few minutes before getting recognised.
In 2003, Jack Nicholson won a Critics Choice Award but admitted he was too drunk to give a speech, so he asked Robin Williams to accept it for him — and deliver the funniest acceptance speech of the night.
