My first week at @ManchesterMind went brilliantly, a fantastic team who gave me such a warm welcome, thank you. Mental health awareness week this week, in these current times everyone's mental health is vital. We have fantastic services at MM to help those who are struggling.

7 days back in to the swing of things and 2 people have been provided with supported living in Canada Street, 3 more clients have interviews for supported housing today and 3 clients have gained employment.

25 yrs ago 2day, my life changed forever. Had many ups & downs, stuck in some dark times, but I refused to give up. To this day I still have battles, so 1 word to them, KARMA! BUT I've met n worked with many FAB people along the way. @RLCares @PhoenixHouseRC are an amazing team
@HannahPopsy saw you on BBC Breakfast this morning, i totally agree the trains are still shocking for wheelchair users. I've lost count how many times i've been left on a train.
