FhatContr0ller

Train nut since 1, Britt Allcroft era Thomas 4 life, trying to build a proper model railway.

[FhatContr0ller @ERpeppieA1]

@ModelRailsandMe @BachmannEurope Will we see him running?

[FhatContr0ller @ERpeppieA1]

@Stikbot_1992 It’s nice seeing him still being used for his original purpose.

[FhatContr0ller @ERpeppieA1]

@ModelRailsandMe Were you a member?

[Train of Thought @TrainFactGuy]

Why make videos when I can capitalise on current memes?

[FhatContr0ller @ERpeppieA1]

@domeless_engine I remember this being in Thomas catalogs back in the early 2000s. But I don’t think I ever saw one in a shop.

[FhatContr0ller @ERpeppieA1]

@NWTom25 Are you sure?

[FhatContr0ller @ERpeppieA1]

@NWTom25 Actually the Dutchess toured America and the Royal Scot toured both the US and Canada.

[FhatContr0ller @ERpeppieA1]

@asodorlife Kinda surprised it didn't become a BWBA story.

[FhatContr0ller @ERpeppieA1]

@ThomasTheorist and call it Postman Pat?

[FhatContr0ller @ERpeppieA1]

@ThomasTheorist Why did the Postman Pat film ever exist? The charm of Postman Pat was it was a short timeless stopmotion animated British kids show. Why make something with really bad CGI and a load of reality TV references and a plot that has nothing to do with Postman Pat?

[FhatContr0ller @ERpeppieA1]

@trainsrauwsum I' sorry, what do you mean by this?

[FhatContr0ller @ERpeppieA1]

@TrainStorm1225 I never noticed that before, come to think of it, I think it's used in several simpsons episodes.

[FhatContr0ller @ERpeppieA1]

@NWTom25 fair enough

[FhatContr0ller @ERpeppieA1]

@NWTom25 Thanks!

[FhatContr0ller @ERpeppieA1]

@thebashmash Don't ruin it for the kids!

[FhatContr0ller @ERpeppieA1]

@NWTom25 Loving the coupling rods!

[FhatContr0ller @ERpeppieA1]

@NWTom25 I remember being disappointed when my Mum said we couldn't go but now knowing it wasn't as good as we were told it would be, maybe it was for the best.

[FhatContr0ller @ERpeppieA1]

@James_Horrex I've taken my Bachmann Thomas to our model railway club 2 times and no one cared (I guess partly cause the club layout is based on the Wisbech and Upwell tramway - which of course Awdry helped make famous). I guess it's down more to individuals in the railway world.
